Procedures:
Buyer issues an LOI  Platt price with desired discount or OPIS rack with discount ( we will always try to match buyer's price) Quantity Buyer's Closing bank 
(That must be the bank that buyer uses to close the transaction)

We will verify with the bank officer and send Commercial Invoice and POP to the bank officer. 
Buyer places his logistics. We allow 2 hours to close the deal.

Only reliable buyer who has funds to be offered this offer 
Here is why we do not need BCL or POF for this offer. 
Our Agreement with refinery is giving us exposure to 50 top banks where fuel trade is happening. 
When the buyer provides us the bank name, Bank officer's phone number and email address, our Banking department can contact the bank and get confirmation on buyer's capability to close the deal. Once we have confirmation from our finance department, we will send POP documents including DTA to the buyer's bank and a copy of the same to the buyer.

We will allow a window time of 2 hours to close the transaction. If the buyer could not perform, we will offer move to the next buyer in line.
